Misty Valley Lodge’s tranquil ambiance creates the ideal atmosphere for promoting creative and productive thinking. We have a fully equipped conference venue fitted with underfloor heating and a cosy fireplace where we cater for
up to 100 delegates. To add value to your conferences, we are able to revitalise your delegates with a day of team building activities with an innovative programme that is challenging, dynamic and fun!

CONFERENCE PACKAGES
All our conference packages include venue hire and the following equipment:

• Overhead projector
• Screen suitable for venue size
• Whiteboard and pens (4 colours: red, blue, green, black)
• Flipchart and pens (4 colours: red, blue, green, black)
• Additional equipment can be arranged as required

Our packages also include:

• Water and peppermints on the tables
• Writing pads and pens
• Use of bar facilities following the conference

Please Note:

• Secretarial services such as faxing, printing and copying can be done at an additional charge.
• Rates quoted and accepted in writing by the client with a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total quotation will apply.
• Rates are inclusive of the offering of the above details.
• Rates are exclusive of bar account, telephone, laundry,gratuities and activities that the lodge has on site.

Cancellation Policy

• 50% of total cost of stay if cancelled within 8 weeks of the event.
• 75% of total cost of stay if cancelled within 6 weeks of the event.
• 100% of total cost of stay if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event.
