Our dedicated staff will make sure that your School Camp is planned professionally. It is very important that students get educational information and are challenged with various activities. Each School Camp will be designed according to your preferences and requirements.
Our Camps are of the highest standard and we guarantee excellent food.

Depending on group size Misty valley lodge will advise which activities will best suite your timetable. Misty Valley Lodge will not be liable for any cancellation of an activity due to weather or other conditions.

The following needs to be brought with by Teachers / Students:

• Sleeping Bag
• Pillows
• Linen
• Towels for swimming and bath
• Swimming Costume
• Tabard
• Sun block
• Slops
• Set of old clothes
• Hat
• Closed Shoes
• Warm clothes as evenings becomes chilly
• Small Torch

Thank you and the staff at Misty Valley for a fantastic survivor camp. The grade 10 boys had a wonderful time and they are still shocked by the quality and quantity of the food that they received. The raft building, climbing wall and obstacle course have all been well designed and they all created great challenges for the boys. The GPS co-ordinates and the camp out areas that were planned were great – thanks for organizing the mist for us as well, it really added to the atmosphere. Your camp site is in a fantastic setting and I think that your permanent site will be great. The skinning and dissection of the buck was also an experience that the boys will not forget and thank you for preparing the fear factor food
Thanks as well for the little things like making sure the teachers had good coffee. I will definitely be back with more groups and we will be able to improve this program even more. I will be speaking to a couple of other schools that I know about organizing  a similar camp. Please thank Phillip, Keith and Garth.

Dear Philip and Annah

The grade 7 group from Uplands had a wonderful Leadership Camp at Misty Valley this past weekend. The service that we received was excellent and Aletta and Keith are to be commended on their efforts. It was a pleasure working with your staff right from the planning stage though to the weekend.
Please send my thanks to the other staff for their friendly and professional service. And a special mention must go to the Chef for his outstanding meals. The pupils really enjoyed the food, accommodation and all the activities. We achieved all the goals set out for the weekend and I have only had good feedback from the pupils and the parents thus far. Thank you all once again and I look forward to visiting Misty Valley again in the near future.

Terms and Conditions

• We suggest 1 Teacher to accompany every 15 Students.
• Misty Valley Lodge will not be liable for any cancellation of any activity due to weather or other conditions.
• An Indemnity Form is to be completed and signed by the parents of each student and send to Misty Valley Lodge before arrival, if not received; Misty Valley Lodge reserves the right to cancel the School Camp. (Indemnity Form will be send with Agreement)
• If the signed contract and 50% deposit is not received by the due date, your booking will automatically be cancelled.
